Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition of Product: The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition. If the item has been used, opened, or installed, it may not be eligible for a return unless it is defective.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the order number and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to initiate the return.

  • Original Packaging: The product should be returned with all its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and warranty cards (if applicable).

  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, such as:

    • Products marked as non-returnable

    • Consumables (e.g., thermal paste, cleaning wipes)

    • Custom-built PCs or custom-configured products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order via email at info@lebyopc.com or call us at +91-11-6926-9670. Please include the following details:

    • Order number

    • Product name and reason for return

    • Photos or videos (if applicable) of the issue or damage.

  2. Return Approval: Our team will review your request and approve the return if it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions for returning the item.

  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

    • For Defective/Damaged Items: If the product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping charges.

    • For Non-Defective Items: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

  4. Packaging: Securely package the product to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

  5. Shipping the Return: Once the product is securely packed, ship it to the address provided by our customer support team. We will provide instructions on the shipping process.

3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its condition. If the product is returned in a satisfactory condition (unused, unopened, and in original packaging), we will process your refund.

  • Refund Processing: The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we have confirmed the return.

    • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original card.

    • Bank Transfers: Refunds will be processed via the same bank account used for the purchase.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or as store credit.

  • Partial Refund: If the returned product is found to be in a used or damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the product’s condition.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange the product for a different one, you will need to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items. In case of exchanges, no additional shipping charges will be applied.

5. Refund Exceptions

Certain products may be subject to exceptions or restocking fees:

  • Opened or Used Items: Items that have been opened or used (e.g., opened software, opened accessories) may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-built PCs, opened pre-owned components, or items clearly marked as non-returnable cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective.

  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to returned products.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • We will arrange for a return pickup (at our cost) for defective or damaged items and process a replacement or refund.
